In recent years, with the continuously improvement and perfection of constructionmachinery and construction technology, the main quality problems of bored piles of brokenpile, necking, exposed tendons, hole collapse, etc., have been effectively inhibited, but we didnot attract enough attention to pile foundation of too thick mud skin; It will cause excessiveamount of sediment in the bottom of the hole if the hole cleaning or second hole cleaning isnot done; Due to large amount of debris in the deep pile construction, not easy to timelydischarge hole sediment, and thus have an impact on the design bearing capacity.The furtherdevelopment of the bored pile are limited. Therefore, in order to better play and use theadvantages of high bearing capacity of bored pile、 low noise、 small vibration、 no soilcompaction, etc., to further address a range of issues of bored pile, it is necessary to study thepost-grouting technology.Currently, highway bridge pile is widely distributed, complex geological changes, highbearing capacity,large piles diameter, long pile, using the traditional method of grouting is notonly inefficient, but investment. To solve this problem, In this article highway bridge boredgrouting technology is studied relying on the highway construction projects of Xi’anXianyang International Airport. Research and the results are as follows:(1) Taking the advantage of Column of Spherical Cavity Expansion Theory to analyzepost grouting technology of the highway bridge pile, it comes to the Elastic-Perfectly PlasticModel answers.(2) Using Joint Grouting Method on130cm diameter,25m length bored piles, the bridgepile foundation were analyzed in the study with the reinforcement of the pile soil and pile sideof the mud skin.(3) Using Numerical Simulation Methods of Analysis, from the vertical displacement、stress distribution、 strain distribution、 loading ofthe pile of soil’s impact, the amount ofchanges, grouting and the slurry strength etc., The contrast to highway bridge bored pilegrouting and not grouting is analyzed. Further clarify the mechanism played by the postgrouting technology in highway bridges bored piles.(4) Using the Methods of Engineering Analogy, the difference of building pile foundations under test engineering geological conditions and the building pile foundationsunder similar engineering geological conditions of post grouting results were analyzed.(5) Based on experimental results and theoretical analysis,using Statistical AnalysisMethod, Over600pile foundations of the project based on are used post grouting technology,and the construction process and construction parameters are detailed documented, Theformation of post grouting technology operating procedures and quality points for the boredpiles of roads and bridges are received.
