| At present there are many diseases including rutting, crack and so on in many high gradeasphalt pavement of our country which affect the road using function, in order to enhance theroad using function, many freeways have used modified asphalt concrete pavement instead ofthe traditional ordinary asphalt concrete pavement, and it receives very good results. Howeverthere are not domestic relevant standard on the reasonable modification standard of modifiedasphalt pavement of freeway, reasonable modified asphalt pavement can not only make theroad meet the use function and reasonable control of project cost, the purpose of this paper isstudying the asphalt pavement reasonable modification, and it put forward the modifiedasphalt pavement evaluation method, so as to provide the reference for the building of highgrade asphalt pavement.This paper takes Hebei province expressway asphalt pavement reasonably modified andimproving the service life of complete sets of technology research as the basis, the mainresearch contents:(1) Systematic survey of the typical pavement modified asphalt using status,based on the Hebei province and Shijiazhuang city road modified asphalt using state,investigating the common modified asphalt technology of Hebei province and Shijiazhuangcity, drawing different modified asphalt technology index comparison, investigating andanalyzing of modified asphalt mixture road performance, and it provide reasonablemodification data for asphalt pavement.(2)Based on the modified asphalt mixture pavementperformance were investigated, combined with current codes for modified asphalt mixtureperformance requirements analysis, put forward the modified asphalt mixture performancegrading standard.(3)Based on the analysis of influencing factors of asphalt pavementcondition, through the establishment of finite element model, system studying the singlefactor and multiple factors under the combined action of asphalt pavement stress analysis,raising pavement work status grading standard based on multiple factors and providingreasonable basis of high grade asphalt pavement reasonable modification.(4)Based on asphaltpavement condition factors, through the various condition grading range of stress analysis,system to study the work of state modified asphalt mixture performance standards, andrecommend the work of asphalt pavement materials and structure.(5)Analyzing the surface layer of modified asphalt material performance and cost, establishing reasonable modificationeffect evaluation index system by using the interval distance, using Hemingway decisionmethod opposite layer material modified by reasonable evaluation, through Grey Incidencedecision method of the surface layer material reasonable modification effect taxis. |
