Abstract/Summary:
As a transportation mode in the external traffic of the city, highway plays a pivotal rolein the link between cities and between cities and surrounding areas. With the rapidsocio-economic development, urban space has also undergone great changes. Highway transitmode has become the most important factors to guide the layout of urban space, driving theeconomy and vitality of the city. In the long run, researching the highway transit mode in theurbanized area is not only the theory of forward-looking, but also provides a practical basisfor the construction and development of the city.First the paper introduces the concepts and features of the highway transit mode andurban morphology, puts forward that the highway transit planning principles and the regularpattern of development of China’s urban morphology. From the above theoretical basis, wefurther study the interaction of the highway transit and urban morphology, pointed out that thehighway transit to guide and promote the construction of the city, urban morphology have adecisive role on the highway, and then come to the choice of highway transit mode shouldcombine the study of urban morphology. For the analysis highway transit mode of the sixurban morphologies, this article points out that the dialectical relationship of developmentbetween the highway transit and the urban morphology, proposes the highway transit modemust be in harmony with the urban morphology. By studying the mechanism and model of thecoordinated development relationship between transit highways and urban, the paper proposesthat only both maintain the development relationship of coordinated and sustainable can reallyplay to the functions and role of the transit highway, to promote the healthy and rapiddevelopment of the city.The paper studies highway transit layout ideas in the urbanized area, proposes the designsteps of the highway transit. This article studies the layout method of the interchange and thehighway transit line bit, starts from the point of view of cross-sectional and longitudinal, tofurther refine the choice of highway transit. Order to adapt the ever-expanding size of the city,the article researches the optimization method of highway transit to improve the relationshipof highways and cities, so the two can continue to maintain a coordinated and sustainabledevelopment. Finally, the paper applies the conclusions in the situation of Xi’an, analysis therelationship of highway transit mode and urban morphology. According to the urbanmorphology of Xi’an, the proper highway transit mode is proposed.
