This paper mainly focuses on the systematic and comprehensive study of the circular slotway, the mathematical model was established, and the experimental research and simulationanalysis is done.First, study is done on the distress causes and repair mechanisms of the asphalt pavementpothole. The specific requirement of pavement repair has been proposed. Moreover, analysisis done to the re-distress causes of repaired potholes.Then, using the solution of plane stress on the theory of elasticity mechanics, the stressesdistributing of circular trenches and repaired trenches is analyzed. Interface bonding strengthis researched, an interface stickiness formula is put forward, different factors working on theinterface stickiness are analyzed in the abstract. On the basis of this analysis, a deepenedanalysis is offered to the stickiness between the new materials for potholes repairs and the oldasphalt roads. According to the quality evaluation index of trenches repaired, simulating thepothole repairing process, interface adhesion performance of the new and the old asphaltmaterials are given the experimentation study at the same time.Finally, by the use of the ANSYS software, the stress distribution of the trenches underthe wheel load in different location was analyzed. |
