| As the key process parameters different,the technology indicators of modified asphaltshow a unique variation,which is not only due to base asphaltã€SBS modifierã€and thedegree of interaction between the two, but also the result of modified processconditions.Asphalt phase and SBS microstructural changes lead to difference in themacroscopic morphology.In this paper,studying on the influence of process parameters on the technicalindicators of SBS modified asphalt,mainly by the shear time,shear temperature,development time and storage temperature four aspects.Basing on the SBS and asphaltmechanism of interaction,this paper analyze the SBS modified asphalt penetration,ductility,softening point and viscosity of a series variation of conventional indicators foreach type of process parameters.In addition,by the use of fluorescence microscopy toobserve the morphologic changes of SBS phase and asphalt phase,and by the IPP imageanalysis results to explain how the process parameters affect the macro technical indicatorsof the modified asphalt.Meanwhile,in order to further understand the effect of additives to improve on thenature of the SBS modified asphalt,the author added a certain dose of powder,Lakeasphalt,ultra-fine calcium carbonate three different additives to SBS modified asphalt.Finally,through the existing mechanism of aging and indoor tests,the author analyzesthe aging impact on the technical indicator of the SBS modified asphaltcomprehensively.Further,review of the aging (mainly hot oxygen aging and UV aging) tothe impact of SBS modified asphalt,and then to explore the SBS modified asphalt agingresistance.... |
