| Temperature is very important which reflects the health condition of thehydro-generator heating and cooling system. The monitoring and analysis on temperaturewas attached great importance to in the development and application of Hydropower PlantOptimal Maintenance Information System (HOMIS).A lot of research was carried out, suchas methodology study on temperature state analysis and characteristics identification ofhydro-generator, analysis and evaluation on the heating and cooling system of generatorand so on. Remote monitoring on temperature was realized initially by means of networkplatform. There were some deficiencies by the limitation of the single data source, forexample, state information was incomplete, state data was unreliable and inaccurate, and soon. As a result, it was not convenient for the follow-up analysis.The HOMIS local integrated monitoring and analysis system was not installed inevery unit of Gezhouba Plant until May2011. And then, rich data was provided frommultiple sources.The study embarked upon the data processing including multi-source switching,integrated storage and data validating, and then improved the remote monitoring. Statecharacteristic values and performance indicators were calculated, afterwards, analysismethods, such as analysis of the threshold, trend analysis and so on, were discussed andverified, then, the idea of remote interactive analysis was expounded. Finally, theabove-mentioned methods were used in the HOMIS website platform. So, the healthcondition of the hydro-generator heating and cooling system was evaluated in differentaspects and furthermore a good foundation was provided, contributing to the achievementof fault detection and condition-based maintenance. |
