With the development of the power electronic technology, computer controltechnology, morden control theory, inverter technology and manufacturing technology ofthe AC motor. There has been great advance in the control technology of AC motor. But,higher efficent and performance are needed to meet the vigorous development of theautomation in the fields such as CNC machine, industrical robot and etc. ACAsynchronous servo system have good performance in wide speed regulation, large powercapacity, fast dynamic response, high position precision and excellent output torque underlow frequence condition. So, The system takes more and more important roles in theindustical automation field.In this thesis, firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are introduced.Then, the mathmatical model of three-phase AC Asynchronous Motor in two-phaserotating coordinates is presented. Based on the rotor Field Oriented Control (FOC) theory,the magnetizing and torque current of the AC asynchonous motor is decoupledsuccessfully, moreover, the position, speed and current three closed loops of the systemstructure are designed out. In order of realizing of the high speed operating of the ACAsynchronous Sevro System, an weaking magnetic method is descibed in detical.Then the dissertation introduces the design of the hardware for the system, on whichthe operational principle and parameter design of power circuit, detection and protectioncircuit are presented, also, some electomagnetic interference reduction measures areintroduced after the electromagnetic compatibility analyse of the system. For the softwaredesign, an overall software design block diagram are prestented, after which the design ofthe initialization toutine, the interrupt service controlling routing are presented in deticalwith software diagram. Finally, the results of physical experiment of the AC Asynchronousservo driver are presented with related analysis, which verify the correctness andfeasibility of the design.
