| Electric vehicles refers to the electric power-driven car, motor-driven wheels driving, with road traffic, safety and regulations of the requirements of the vehicles. Electric vehicles do not exhaust pollution, and are very useful to environmental protection and clean air, is almost no empoison. The study showed that, energy efficiency of electric vehicles has more than it of gasoline engine vehicles. Particularly in the area of tourism, the speed of car is not high, electric vehicles are more suitable. Motor drive and control system of electric vehicles is the core of the electric cars. This paper is designed to motor drive control system of electric vehicles with induction motor.This paper is designed to the main circuit structure with IGBT modules .Through improving the structure repetitiously and designing the driver circuit with interlocking of the hardware features, enhanced the reliability of the main circuit. This paper describes an induction motor control system which use TI's TMS320LF2407A as the system control core, designs the control circuit and the protection circuit; Program the vector control software with the space vector control voltage PWM control as a way of the control procedures. By studying the vector control scheme for the induction motors using the single neuron PI controller ,it can improve the characters of motors better than the traditional PI controller.Through lots of experiments and the actual scene loading debugging, the motor control system which designed by the paper has a good reliability, dynamic and control capability. It is propitious to battery-powered inverter applications (electric vehicles). |
