The direct drive of high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) replacesthe traditional motor+reducer transmission mode, eliminating the long transmission chain,the low transmission efficiency, the complex structure, the high manufacturing costs due tothe intermediate transmission, having the advantages of the fast dynamic response, the hightransmission stiffness, the high transmission efficiency, the low noise, the high reliability andso on. So it has extensive and fine prospect. In this thesis, a high-reliability control systembased on vector control of high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor used for theport machinery is designed, and then the control system is validated with experiments.First of all, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous is establishedbased on coordinate transformation theory. The vector control principle of the high-torquepermanent magnet synchronous motor is also analyzed.Secondly, a hardware control system of high-torque permanent magnet synchronousmotor is designed in this thesis. This thesis designs the rectifier and inverter main circuits, theSTM32control circuits, the current detection and the position detection circuits,and the drive,protection and buffer circuits of IPM with the STM32+IPM as the hardware systemarchitecture. And this thesis designs the gain adjustable current sensing circuits consideringthe precision of current detection. When taking into account the electromagnetic interferenceof IPM drive, the drive and protection circuits are strengthened to enhance the stability andreliability of the system.In addition, this thesis designs the software control system of high-torque permanentmagnet synchronous motor. The overall structure of the software system is analyzed. Thesoftware modules and processes of current detection, position detection, SVPWM and so onare designed.Finally, experiments of the high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor controlsystem are taken to prove its correctness and effectiveness.
