Abstract/Summary:
As one of the most important development trends of modern auto industry, electric vehicles have got wide attention and research. As one of the core technology of electric vehicles, automotive motor control technology is a hot research direction. However, due to the complexity of the motor control system and immature control skills, the failure rates of the motor control system are much higher than the traditional internal combustion engine, the reliability of the vehicle motor control system has become one of the key technologies to restrict electric vehicles’industrialization. Therefore, the research to improve the reliability of vehicle motor control system has great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, hybrid vehicles fault statistics of a new energy vehicle demonstration operation city are the breakthrough point, the research object is 70KW permanent magnet synchronous motor control system with high reliability, the software and hardware implementation plan of high reliability motor control system is deeply researched.First, HEV fault statistical data of the demonstration city are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the situations and causes of automobile motor fault statistics, the isolation protection, fault protection and fault tolerant capacity method are provided. On the basis of these principles, this paper puts forward a systemic hardware and software implementation plan of high reliability motor control system. Based on AUTOSAR standards, the software program structure is designed.Second, hardware circuit diagram of control board with high reliability is detailed introduced, a 32-bit high-performance processor, Infineon TC1767, is adopted. In addition to the basic function circuits such as PWM output driving circuit, resolver driving circuit, analog signal sample circuit and CAN bus communication, the digital isolation, analog isolation, power supply isolation and electrostatic protection are provided, the alarm circuits about over-current and over-voltage protection are also accounted. On basis of above principles, motor control board with high reliability is drawn out. Then, based on AUTOSAR standards, the underlying software with alarm protection is developed, and on this basis, the vector control software is also programmed.Again, according to the fault tolerance design principles, the motor rotor position sensor fault-tolerant, phase current sensor fault-tolerant, CAN bus fault tolerance as well as the voltage stability monitoring are detailed described. In the above software platform, these fault-tolerant algorithms are programmed. Finally, on a high power electric dynamometer experiment bench, the motor control system performance test bench is built. The software interface of motor control system based on Visual Basic is developed. Through the test platform system, the hardware and software of the motor control system are tested, and by the means of the platform of high speed power analyzer and the system control software, the corresponding test data are recorded. Test results show that the high reliability motor control system with fault tolerance, alarm protection has good stability, output torque is very smooth, the reliability of the design scheme is verified.
