Our country has in the phase that we should pay equal attention to road construction androad maintenance. A lot of asphalt pavement began to enter the peak period of repair andmaintenance, which makes asphalt pavement cold recycling technology maintain thewidespread promotion and application in the highway construction and maintenance in ourcountry. Asphalt pavement cold recycling technology can make old road asphalt pavementmaterials to meet the requirements of road performance and speed of construction is quick, alsothe traffic impact is small, which can save a lot of material resources and funds, and also canavoid environmental pollution, implementing cycle development.This paper based on cement in situ cold recycling pavement as the research object andfrom the point of view that traffic load impact on cold recycling pavement’s early strength. Itdetermined the traffic structure component in early form of cold recycling pavement strength,through the observation of traffic in the construction period and early stage of opening totraffic; this paper got the main strength index through the indoor tests of determining the mainmechanical properties of the cement stable recycling mixture. Then we calculated, analyzed andresearched the cold recycling pavement’s influence on pavement structure in subgradeconstruction, road construction and traffic opening according to the KENPAVE mechanicssoftware.Research shows that the cement stabilized cold recycling pavement structure should becomprehensive consideration of the influence of the modulus and axle load in the construction.The basic course was laid after the subbase of different life-preserving, and the base courseshould choose small modulus material as far as possible, which can meet the requirements of thebottom stress. The mechanics analysis shows that the basic course can be laid after the cementcold recycling subbase keeping in life-preserving7d. The surface course can be laid after thecement cold recycling subbase keeping in life-preserving14d and the base courselife-preserving7d. The day of the surface course laying can open traffic, but it needs to control the gross weight of construction vehicle and normal driving vehicle, and with related to thematerial modulus and cleavage strength. Since the modulus and cleavage strength of coldrecycling materials in the same age is different, we should take concrete construction scheme andvehicle control measures according to the specific situation.This paper puts forward the cold recycling road’s traffic control measures in theconstruction period and early stage of open traffic, which has the important practical significancein guiding cement in situ cold recycling pavement’s vehicle load control in early strength formstage...
