The lift door driver control system is one of the most important electricalparts in the lift. The performance of the door driver control system makes agreat influence on the lift failure rate and efficiency, and influence on thepassing through the lift safety and waiting time. In recent years, with thedevelopment of power electronic technology and microcontroller, theprocessing speed and arithmetic capability of the digital signal processorincrease rapidly and promote the development of motor control technology.The asynchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure, low priceand low maintenance cost. Therefore a new door driver control system isdesigned in this thesis. The digital signal processor is the main controller andthe control algorithm is constant voltage and frequency ratio (VF) in thesystem. It integrates the door driver and logic controller into one part.This thesis analyzes the clauses relevant to the door driver in nationalstandard GB7588-2003Safety rules for the construction and installation ofelectric lifts. Through the analyzing on the system composition of K100,K200door driver control systems made by ThyssenKrupp Elevator, theirworking principle and interface signals, the comparison of their advantageand disadvantage, a new door driver control system is designed and realized,including input and output signals, the functions and failure protection of thedoor driver control system in the thesis.In the hardware design of this system, this thesis presents the detaildesign schematic drawings of the main part circuits, analyzes and selects thecomponents, calculates and describes the electrical parameters in the circuits.These main circuits include opto-couple input circuits, relay output circuits, differential encoder and push-pull encoder sample circuit, MCU circuit ofTMS320F2812as core controller, system reset circuit, power drive circuit ofintelligent power module PS21964made by Mitsubishi Electric, over currentprotection circuit, over current self-hold protection circuit.Based on the design of the circuit diagram of the system, this thesispresents detail analysis on rated impulse withstand voltage, minimumclearance, minimum creepage distance and electrical insulation, determinesthe wire width of this printed circuit board (PCB), develops the electricalrules and layout rules. Layout the PCB by EDA software Altium DesignerSummer08and present the board drawing with layout.In the software design of this system, this thesis explains the VF controlsystem fundamental principle based on voltage space vector width modulation(SVPWM), study the principle of VF control, the algorithm of PID control,the transformation of coordinate, the algorithm of SVPWM and the sampleprinciple of Quadrature Encoded Pulses (QEP). The thesis also finish theprogram for the door driver software of the VF control, compiling anddebugging of the control program through integrated developmentenvironment CCS5.1in three steps. Firstly, the section of VF control softwareis compiled and it is verified that this section program can be run correctly onthe test platform. Then the encoder acquisition program is compiled on thebasis of the previous step, it is proved this section program can feedback themotor speed correctly by testing it. Finally the PID adjustment program iscompiled on the basis of the second step. The effectiveness and feasibility ofthe design is verified by comparing the recording waveform fromoscilloscope and the waveform from software emulation.
