The most effective way to improve the clean power generation is to use highcapacity, ultra supercritical technology in fossil power plant. So it is important toimprove the share of ultra supercritical fossil power plant and manufacturetechnology for Chinese power industry. HP heater is one of the key equipments ofthe power generation station. To ensure HP heater’s operation under high parameter,flow reduced vibration analysis shall be applied to tube bundle, the key componentof HP heater.Fluid flow in great velocity, related with HP heater bundle geometry, can causetubes to vibrate in ultra supercritical unit in fossil power plant. Four theories of flowinduced vibration are used in the analysis of tubular heat exchanger tube bundlevibration.(vortex shedding,turbulent buffeting,fluid elasticå'Œacoustic vibration).First we create the finite element model of U tube according to the structure of HPheater and calculate the natural frequency. The working principle of combining HPheater and practical work, through the various regions of the bundle theory ofvibration analysis, the following conclusions: in DSZ to consider the theories of flowinduced vibration are turbulent buffeting and fluid elastic; in SCZ to consider thetheories are induced vibrations: vortex shedding,fluid elastic. And to check thecurrent example, the calculation works, come to meet the existing structure vibrationanalysis of HP heater required conclusions.Considering the complexity of tube vibration of HP heater, further analysis shallbe done in the future.
