Centralized Fault Display System (CFDS) is the Centralized Maintenance System ofAIRBUS Company A320series aircraft, which is used for maintenance personnel tounderstand the working condition of the aircraft systems, find troubleshooting informationrapidly, and remove faults timely. Central Maintenance System is more developed abroad, forexample, the Airbus A320, Boeing777and other modern models are equipped with arelatively complete Central Maintenance System. At present, civil aircraft airborne CentralMaintenance System is still in its infancy in China, the foundation is weak, and researchmaterials are in short supply.First of all, the ARINC429specifications, ARINC604specifications, ARINC739specification, CFDIU-AMM official manual were fully researched in the thesis, the faultinformation of specific system components were extracted, the generation mechanism of faultinformation was analyzed. Secondly, the structural model of CFDS for a aircraft specificsystem unit was established, and interface model and simulation component failure processingalgorithm were studied within the structure model. Finally, in the VC developmentenvironment, the design of the CFDS structured model was achieved. The research results show that more mature Centralized Fault Display System on theAirbus aircraft was studied in structure, then, the working principle and workflow of CFDSwere mastered, and the aircraft structural model of CFDS was established. The study revealsthe advanced management method of modern aircraft airborne systems, provides theoreticalsupport for the research of airborne electronic systems, and makes an active promotion fordomestic aviation maintenance technology.
