The thesis analyzes some points,such as some manufacturers of the importingmetallurgical heavy vehicle have mature manufacturing process and manufacturingtechnology, but they are absent of research the domestic steel mills for different usingconditions and product loading characteristics. The vehicles get "acclimatized" afterno long time,the frame parts got some problems such as some crackles happened. Itgave a serious threat to the scene of the normal production.In the same time, the domestic framework vehicle needs continue to increase, butdomestic vehicle manufacturing company consider that it has some difference such asmetallurgical Framework car manufacturing process, transportation requirements andthe use of performance, and it rarely set foot in, almost no large-scale successful useof performance. Taking into account that Baosteel has accumulated a lot of use,maintenance and transform experience, and the double safeguard of the humanresources and technology, there is an urgent need to use the use and maintenanceexperience, independent integrated development and manufacturing metallurgydedicated framework car to master the independent intellectual property rights,reducing domestic framework car use and maintenance of the technical requirementsand the use of cost. In addition, frame manufacturing is one of the core technicalaspects.Due to the overloading, low speed, high torque, frequent starting and braking onthe heavy vehicles of the steel mills, the equipment condition is more complex, it isnecessary to use a finite element calculation and optimization analysis on theframework. In this thesis, we use UG to model frame, and use ANSYS finite elementanalysis to optimize the frame structure in the form of static load, overload, dynamicloading, it can verify the feasibility of the frame structure after optimization through simulation.The same time, in order to study the vibration when the vehicle is traveling on thevehicle about the impact of the long-term reliability and safety, we make the frameassociated modal analysis, it can determine the relationship between the frameself-resonant frequency and the road spectrum, engine vibrations, etc. and it caninspect the safety.After the process of introduction, modification, domestic development, we havegradually mastered the features and frame manufacturing critical technology of themetallurgy heavy truck. Practice has proved that the frame optimize design andmanufacturing process is reasonable by more than two years of high load operation, itcan give some help on the domestic development of other framework on themetallurgy heavy-duty vehicle.
