The concrete mixer spends a long time to develop from the simple to thecomplex, from the former uncomplete to the complete now, which is develping thedirection of haigh efficiency and environment protection. From the emerge of theconcrete mixer, two key questions that is how to promise the precision and how topromise the effeciency is being studied. The accuracy of the mixer’s weighing is the premise to promise that the mixerhas critical matching ratio, and the continuous weighing is the effective promise toimprove the producing efficiency. Nowadays the concrete mixer mostly transmitsignal by the signal wire, the data signal is highly limited by the length of the wire, sothe scale of the mixer is highly effected by this. The wireless communication has theadvantages of long transmission, constructing wireless net, having no trouble ofwiring and the trouble to data signal caused by the length of the wire, so the use of thewireless communication in the concrete mixer will be deeply researched and used. This passage introduce a concrete mixer system which use wireless netcommunication, aim at accurate and continuous weighing. The system use51MCU asCPU, use the data radio transceiver D21DL as the communication module, and usethe Access database to storage the weight data. The upper monitor system and theslaver system transmit the weight data and control instruction, and write data toAccess through the ADO interface in the environment of Delphi. While the material isweighed, the motor is controlled by two level speed changing and realize the wideweighing and accurate weighing. This passage conclude the designation of the concrete mixer system’s scheme、hardware、electrical circuit、the communication agreement and communication codebetween the upper monitor system and the slaver system, the slaver weighing motor’scontrolling code, the weight database and the action to database through serialcommunication in Delphi. At last, some experiments are introduced, including theexperiment of the communication between the data radio transceivers, the experimentof simulation of the material’s weighing with weighing sensor and chip, theexperiment of the manipulation of the stepping motor, and experiment of the action todatabase through serial communication interface in the environment of Delphi.
