With the development of the living standard and the quality of the people, more and morepeople begin to be concerned about the promotion of socialist humanistic spirit. The concerthall accommodating playing music, from the early classical period London York music hall tothe modern National Grand Theater Concert Hall, whether from the architectural style orbuilding volume, has made great development and progress. The structure form of music hallis rich with each passing day, especially the large space and large span structure to meet thelarge capacity is widely used. Because the function needs of the building, it cannot set verticalcomponents in the construction of a partial or whole range. Then in the concrete structure, thebeam span will increase to become a large span frame. Code for seismic design of buildingsGB50011-2010regulates that a span of not less than18m framework is large span frame. Incontrast to the common reinforced concrete beams, the use of prestressed concrete beam withlarge span can better solve the problem of crack control for concrete beam, and can makes fulluse of material properties through the use of high-strength prestressed method, to offset theportion of the constant load and live load of the beam, to reinforce concrete beam crackresistance and flexural stiffness. It can also effectively reduce the beam section height andweight, increase the use of space,and reduce the building material usage.In the basis of previous researches, this paper using the research method of combiningtheory with practice, mainly according to a Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall mainstructure design, focuses on analysis of structures with finite element calculation. And detailthe use of prestressed technology component force and reinforcement in this project. It makesa valuable reference for designers while designing this kind of structures.The main works of this paper are:1. Introducing the analysis method of concrete structureseismic.2. Summarizing the application and research status of prestressed technology in thelarge span concrete frame structure.3. Brief introducing the characteristic of large spanprestressed concrete frame structure.4. Combined with practical engineering of a Centerperforming arts subject,through using FEM programs of SATWE and MIDAS/Gen,this paperbuilds the3-D models of the structures. By contrasting the analysis results, this paper Studyon the seismic performance of the structure and prestress technology in the engineering application. It obtains some conclusions with practical significance and puts forward someconstruction measures,which can be a reference for similar engineering design reference.
