| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s highway and railway, and topromoting the high-speed railway PC continuous beam bridge development and the needs toimprove the transport efficiency, more long span bridges were needed to span great rivers andbays. This type of bridge structure have the advantages of low cost, fast construction progress,structural stiffness, sufficient strength and rigidity, which can ensure the smooth passage ofthe high-speed railway.In the present, most of the continuous beam bridges of foreign and ourcountry use the method of cantilever casting. The beam going through a complex process ofthe force during the cantilever construction process. Meanwhile, there has a series of certaintyand uncertainty of factors affecting main beam stress, displacement and temperature inside thestructure internal in the whole construction process. These factors will have a greater impacton the bridge of the strength, rigidity and durability. To ensure the beam bridge achieve theexpected project quality requirements, the beam construction control is essential.Through the analysis and summary of the devolpment of continuous beam and thedevelopment tendency of the construction control techniques in our country and abroad, thepaper gives the study of the construction control techniques for PC continuous beam bridge.This paper describes the content and method of construction control, with several keyproblems in construction control.This research project based on a continuous beam bridge, put forward a reasonableconstruction control scheme and established a comprehensive monitoring system tocharacteristics of the construction control of PC continuous beam bridge. In the study,simulation analysis and simulation to the continuous beam bridge by calculation softwareMidas/Civil and Doctor Bridge. Meanwhile, in the bridge construction control process,successfully took control of construction structure and main control section of the data such asthe cross section deformation and stress, through the computer simulation of constructionprocess of the establishment of the model, analysis of theoretical calculation and actualconstruction differences, parameter identification and adjustment. By analyzing the existingcontrol methods, has proposed a prediction method of Adaptive Control Method to forecastthe main beam deflection changes. Provides the construction stage of erecting formworkelevation to guide construction and achieved good results, to complete the bridge constructioncontrol successfully. |
