Abstract/Summary:
A lot of heat is generated by concrete concreting of the construction of thedam, which is hard to dissipate. The dam would be damaged by the temperaturedifference between the interior and exterior of the dam surface, and the stabilityof the dam would be descended. So the temperature monitoring plays a criticalrole in the protection of the safety and quality of the dam. Based on a certaindam construction engineering, the temperature monitoring system is establishedin this research, and the temperature of the dam is monitored efficiently by thissystem.The relative data for the application of this temperature monitoring systemis obtained by collecting and analyzing the information concerned with thegeneral situation of the construction, hydrogeological investigation andmeteorological conditions. The research status and development trend of thedam temperature monitoring system is outlined, and on the basis of the actualengineering, the dam temperature monitoring system is designed in this research.The configurations and the functions of the system are presented detailedly. The sensors used in this system are analyzed deeply. The superiority of thetemperature monitoring effect, livability and cost of this system is verified bythe comparing tests. The location of the monitoring points is determined in areasonable way. Finally the data monitored by this system is investigatedstatistically. The temperature field is obtained from the investigation. The highvalue of application of this system is verified by the experiments. Furthermorethis research successfully provides kinds of scientific basis for further research.
