In recent years, hydropower projects have emerged, hydropower generating units remote monitoring and vibration fault diagnosis technologies have emerged rapidly and are widely used.Vibration has many disadvantages such as accelerating equipment fatigue, producing noise and reducing service life of parts. As a new vibration energy acquisition method, the triboelectric energy harvester can turn the vibration energy of the hydropower unit into a treasure and convert it into electric energy to realize the self-power supply of the hydropower generating units vibration monitoring sensor. This idea provides a new direction for research. In order to improve the adaptability to the vibration environment of hydropower units, and overcome the problems of narrow working frequency and low output performance of traditional triboelectric energy harvesters, this paper proposes two kinds of vibration energy harvesters with single and two degrees of freedom.Among them, the single degree of freedom triboelectric energy harvester can obtain a bandwidth of 27 Hz under a low acceleration of 0.5 g.At a resonance frequency of 21.8 Hz and an acceleration of 0.5 g,the maximum peak-to-peak voltage output is 20 V.With an external resistor of 9 M?,the output power is 0.69 ?w.The two degree of freedom triboelectric energy harvester is optimized on a single degree of freedom triboelectric energy harvester. It combines the multi-mode acquisition technology and the inherent non-linear spreading characteristics caused by the vibrational contact between the triboelectric surfaces to obtain a high operating bandwidth.Even at low acceleration of 0.6 g,a working bandwidth of 32.9 Hz can be obtained. At the same time, the peak-to-peak output voltage is 38 V at the main resonance frequency of 23 Hz and 1 g,and the peak-to-peak output voltage is 29 V at the secondary resonance frequency of 75 Hz and 2.5 g.At the resonance frequency of the main beam and the acceleration is 1.0 g,the maximum peak power is 43.08 ?W.In addition, the device has good stability. When the vibration test of a simulated hydropower unit is performed on a vacuum pump, its maximum peak voltage reaches and remains at 8 V.Through the work of this paper, the working characteristics of the triboelectric energy harvester are further studied, which provides a further reference for the application and development of the triboelectric energy harvester in the hydropower generating units monitoring sensor. The study of the cantilever triboelectric energy harvester has certain application value.
