Design On The Road Traffic Accident Three-Dimensional Demo Platform Based On OSG

Along with the rapid development of the social economic and people’s living standards,the process of Chinese cars has been speeding up and the problem of traffic accidents hasbeen becoming more and more serious, So how to deal with road traffic accidents fast,objectively, fairly and scientifically has become the focus of the society’s attention and the hotspot problemstothe traffic safety researchers. In recent years, along with the rapiddevelopment of computer software and hardware and virtual reality technology, using thecomputer to show road traffic accidents process becomes possible, and will become the fast,direct, fair, scientific method of dealing with road traffic accidents.Firstly, this paper analyzes and comparesfeatures of the most commonly used3Dmodeling software in the virtual reality application fieldand choose suitable3D modelingsoftware-MultiGen Creator for this paper, thendoes deep research of MultiGen Creatorsoftware modeling technology, and creates3D vehicle model.Secondly, do deep research of OSG3D graphics rendering technology, OSG renderingthread mechanism and MFC operation mechanism, and using VS2008as the softwaredeveloping platform to set up the MFC application framework based on OSG, and studyinghow to use OSG torender accident scene in MFC, and how to addMFC menu button events toOSG’srendering thread.Thirdly, study the driving technology of3Dvehicle model, realizingthe real-time controlof the holistic movement of and the local degrees of freedom of vehicle models, and at thesame time, adding the collision detection to make vehicles drive more tally with themountainous area highways.Finally, set up road traffic accident3D demo platform, the platform including adding ordeleting model module, climate environment module and accident3D demo module, andshow the process of one traffic accident in real life.
