Mortality rate of ten thousand cars in China is the highest in the world during recent years, the road traffic safety situation is very grim. According to the driver is the information handler and deciders, so they are relevant to traffic accident. Reason of the most accidents is that the driver did not predict the potential risk. Therefore, this paper discusses the prediction of traffic danger and3D animation technology simulation which would make drivers see the potential risk and improve their forecast ability, then reduce traffic accidents radically.Firstly, based on traffic accident statistics data, the article draws a conclusion that the novice drivers’inexact predict of potential risk is the main reason because of their poor driving skills and less experiences.Secondly, this paper analyses the driving behavior on the basis of former study and achievement, and then deeply researches potential danger traffic scene, risk consciousness and perception, traffic mutations and stress response, driving risk prediction, above these the paper studies the theory of driving risk prediction. And the influence factors of driver risk prediction is discussed. All of these offer the theory support in actual driving environment.Thirdly, there is different driving feature in different road, combined with the higher rate accidents form and actual observation, the several typical traffic danger scenes were designed. The paper puts forward risk prediction in every traffic danger scene and proposes correct measures. Then danger scene models were set up by3DS MAX software, with different viewpoints to observe in the scene simulation. Take the urban road scene for example to analysis risk prediction at key frame.Finally, the improved measures of risk predictive ability proposed based on risk prediction theory and actual example could provide the reference in risk prediction training targeted.
