Mechanical equipment is the basis of manufacture industry, its position is veryimportant under the national policy for the revitalization of industry. Today’s industrialproduction updates every day, as well as improve the experience of mechanical equipmentend users, determines the design theory of mechanical equipment is much more importantthan before.In the mid-1980s,"user friendly" was converted to machine interface "availability"concept. The definition of availability in GB/T3187-97is that when the required externalresources are guaranteed, the ability of the production to perform the function under theconditions and requirements of time or time interval. It is the comprehensive reflection ofproduct reliability, maintainability and maintenance support.Mechanical equipment reliability is an inherent property; it refers to the capabilitiesof carry out its critical functions under various conditions in a specified period of time.Reliability reflects the mechanical equipment used in the process quality characteristics,taking into account the time and environmental factors when mechanical equipment isworking. In this thesis, all-digital design, analysis, testing and optimization methodologyare left out to improve the mechanical equipment user-friendly. Machine tools is complexmechanical equipment, we take HMC80machine tools as identify case, analysis in detail.Firstly, mechanical analysis and calculation of working conditions is carried out, theresult is set as the constraint of structural topology optimization design of the overallmachine.Secondly, establish the digital models for the reliability design of HMC80, carry outthe statics and dynamics analysis. Experiment data collected by way of frequency-domainmethod, which proved the accuracy of numerical model.Finally, based on analysis results optimization machine tool in detail, make sure thestructural design meet the operating conditions of the machine.
