In recent years, construction of high-speed railway is in the stage of rapid development,high-speed rail has an important significance to the development of the city and the area ofJi’an high speed railway station.By referencing the case form domestic and foreign land use around the area of highspeed railway station, studying theories and models of interaction between land use andhigh-speed rail, on the basis of analysis on development background, form aspects ofoverall position, land use, layout, development patterns and operational management,article aims to explore the land use policy around the area of high speed railway stationsimilarly.This thesis includes four parts. The first part describes the research background, thekey issues, purpose and significance of research, summarizes issues on the domestic landuse around the area of high speed railway station; The second part studies the theory of landuse and high-speed rail, compares characteristics and effects on different types of rail traffic,proposes a dynamic model for the stations. Through cases and summary of land use feature,it creates an analytical framework for land use policy. The third part is empirical researchof the land use policy around the area of high speed railway station, form aspects of overallposition, land use, layout, development patterns and operational management, taking Ji’anhigh speed railway station as an example. The fourth part is the conclusions andrecommendations, which proposes the land use policy around the area of high speedrailway station in China.At present, a lot of high-speed rail site is building. As a medium-sized city, studyingthe land use rules of Ji’an high speed railway station will provide a reference to the sametype cities, and it will supple the theoretical system of interactive optimization betweentransport and land use, moreover, it provides empirical support.
