| Remote Monitoring is one of the popular issues of the intelligent apparatustechnique development. As breakers are important elements to be protected andworking in special circumstance, it is significant to monitor their operation status andgather the operation log. In this paper, a intelligent monitoring system based onLabVIEW has been established, in order to address the problem of remote monitoringfor the Intelligent Residential Current Device (RCD). The system is a completeindustrial control networks which is consist of a monitor center, breakers with serialcommunication ports, RS-485for the Physical Connection between the breakers andthe monitoring center. In the respect of data management, the data structure, whichdivides the monitoring system program into communication part and displaying partseparately by the database, has been designed. And the database has been divided intoData Mapping part and Data Storage part, thus accomplish the rapid storage andQuery in the database. Therefore, the Intelligent Monitoring System processes theadvantages like efficient management, friendly interfaces, flexible of operation andconvenient system expanding, achieved the remote monitoring and data collection forthe Residential Current Device Intelligent Monitoring System. |
