High-current converter device are common in industrial power device. The device is mainly composed of high voltage circuit breaker, rectifier transformer, AC-DC transformer, control system, thyristor rectifier, comprehensive measurement module and pure water cooling device etc. Due to the huge volume, complex structure and difficult to maintain and repair, it is important to understand the real-time operation of large current converter device. Through inspection a lot of relevant information, in the large current converter device of intelligent monitoring status quo at home and abroad after preliminary understanding. At the current widely used three-phase bridge type all control 12 pulse rectifier circuit and controlled rectifier circuit of power electronics rectifier circuit as the basis. Put forward a kind of with ARM as the master control core, the MCU as the auxiliary design of intelligent monitor module.In this paper, the design of intelligent monitor divided into two parts, hardware design and software design. The hardware part is mainly composed of three parts as main control module, extension module and analog module. Master control module and extended module with Cortex-M3 as the kernel of microprocessor STM32F103 to complete sampling and processing of the measurement(large current converter device of water temperature, water pressure, transformer light gas, heavy gas, oil temperature and etc)for main switch quantity, communication with other modules and subsequent expansion of system function. Analog module is used C8051F583 chips to analog signal(voltage) acquisition, processing and establish communication with the main module. Software part with Keil MDK as development environment, on the microprocessor STM32F103 transplantation μC/OS-II operating system, and on the basis of μC/OS-II design concept of the operating system program design task subtask divided according to different functions. In μC/OS-II operating system, completing the coordination between the processing for each task to implement the performance optimization of monitoring system, and lay a foundation for the perfection of the system function. In addition applied a very personalized touch screen as human-computer interface, to implement the converter device related parameters in the real-time display and feedback, make the system safe and stable running in the best working state.Finally the design completed the intelligent monitor prototype production and tested analysis, test results meet the requirements of indicators.
