Abstract/Summary:
With the development of traffic basic construction foundation, there areemerging to a large number of gas tunnel projects. Gas disaster is one of the majordisasters during the tunnel construction. Gas disasters are in the forms of asphyxia,combustion, explosion, and outburst of coal and gas, among which gas explosion ismost likely to happen with serious consequences. In the history of tunnel constructionat home and broad, many tunnel gas explosion accidents had happened that causedheavy casualties and property losses.Therefore, it becomes a important subject how torealize the tunnel gas disaster risk early recognition and accident prior to prevent,improve essence secure of the gas tunnel construction.According to the reality that gas disaster risk assessment theory and method ofgas tunnel is not perfect and engineering practice is still at the stage of exploration,this thesis has a systematic research on gas disaster risk assessment theory andmethod by using safety science, system science and the modern applied mathematicsand etc. Take the accident cause theory and "man-machine-environment-management"safety analysis model, the cause of tunnel gas disaster can be found among the factorsof the unsafe behavior of the people, the unsafe state of object, environment andmanagement.Through analyzing each factors of gas disaster, the gas disaster riskassessment index system had established which is comprised of five major thatinclude37sub-categories. The classification structure and name of various levelindexes were introduced in detail.Based on the analysis of the current safety evaluation method quality, thenon-linear multi-level extension risk assessment model was built. Meanwhile, themethod for calculating weight was put forward. A risk assessment example for GuanYinshan Tunnel was given. The evaluation results in line with the actual situation.Finally, by using “3E” law,gas monitoring schemes, accident emergency plan andother prevention and control measures for this tunnel were formulated.Generally speaking, the research on gas disaster risk assessment theory andmethod will helpful to promote the development of risk assessment in the engineeringfields.It is significant to establish gas tunnel security mechanism, to improve thesafety situation of gas tunnel construction, to guard both the safety of workers’ lifeand property. The paper through using method of theory and application research,some practical guiding significance conclusion and measures had put forward,it showed some innovative in the evaluation method and evaluation model of theselection process.
