Sterilization disinfection is one of the hot spots which are under discussion inrecent years. The extensive application of equipment in this field both at home andabroad indicates the concern about sterilization disinfection. Sterilizationdisinfection always happens in enclosing environment, and people want to acquirerelevant parameters of sterilization disinfection, such as the temperature and pressureparameters from such environment. According to these parameters, people can verifywhether it achieves the required standard. It is of significance to put an effectivemethod forward and product new equipment for the temperature and pressuredetection. This thesis includes the following four parts:First, it summarizes the development of the detection technology and relevantequipment applied in enclosing environment detection, particularly the temperatureand pressure detection. It develops an effective and accurate system which can detectin enclosing environment, and introduces this system’s design and structure.Next, it designs the system’s hardware circuit, provides electric schematicdiagrams for every hardware module.Then, it designs the system’s software including the bottom software and the PCinterface, provides the accompanying block diagram for the bottom software, andintroduces the architecture of the interface.Other then, it provides the calibrate process both for the temperature sensor andthe pressure sensor, introduces a series of verification experiments for this system.The result shows that this system can work in enclosing environment very well andoffset the defects of the existing detection equipments.Finally, it summarizes the thesis’work and puts forward ideas for future work.
