The radioactive waste hazardous to the environment and human health, it restricted the development of the nuclear energy in it’s application. High level liquid waste (HLLW) comes from disposing Purex process emissions in waste liquor, it set the radioactivity of spent fuel by more than95%. At present, the society pay attention to the problem that HLLW is proper treated and disposed, because of high radioactive and strong toxic. Our country proposed TRPO process in order to separate actinides from HLLW after the international had proposed the technology of Partitioning-Transmutation (P&T) and Partitioning-Conditioning to handle the HLLW, the process has a good development view.The object of study for this paper is actinides compositions which is separated from TRPO process in HLLW, the focus is transformation and Solidification for which is separated out two compositions, HNO3/Am/Cm/RE compositions and H2C2O4/NP/Pu compositions. Because of high radioactive of Am and Cm in HNO3/Am/Cm/RE compositions, using a similar nature Nd to simulate the transformation of the Am-Cm solution; using a similar nature Zr to simulate the transformation of the Np-Pu solution in H2C2O4/NP/Pu compositions.Using microwave concentration method to obtain parameters of the simulated solution of Am-Cm and Np-Pu which are concentrated and transformed, calcining the solid after microwave concentrated in order to gain the simulated radioactive incineration ash (SRIA). The substance nature of the ash was investigated by XRD and BET, the results indicate that microwave method is better for concentrating simulated solution than the other one.Zirconolite has the best stability, so use it to contain the actinides to make different containment SRIA solidified in zirconolite. The solidification mechanization of the synroc was investigated by XRD, TG-DSC, ICP-MS and SEM. Anti-leaching performance test has also been done with MCC-1static leach method, the steep solution is deionized water, simulation sea water and beishan ground water. The results indicate that containment rate of the solidification achieve to40%, the compounding minerals of zirconolite can dissolve commendably Nd and Zr, the synroc form has a good chemical durability.
