LED is the emergence of human history of the lighting change again, but alsohas made significant contributions to promote energy-saving emission reduction,environmental protection.LED with its high luminous efficiency, less powerconsumption, long service life, rich color, small size, high reliability, resistance toflicker, easy control, safety and environmental protection advantages, in the field oflighting plays an important role. LED lighting applications require high efficiency,high reliability, small volume, long service life of driving power supply. This paper isaimed at the LED lighting design ideal driving power supply.The paper first introduced the LED and LED drive power research backgroundand the significance as well as the LED electrical characteristics; followed by studyof the LED drive; comparison of various LED drive power main circuit topology.Through the comparative analysis to design a flyback converter main circuit structureof drive power supply. The circuit working principle are narrated in detail. Thepurpose of this thesis is aimed at LED lighting design of high efficiency, highreliability, strong comprehensive performance driving power supply.Combined with the design of driving power design of a high efficiency, highreliability and high frequency transformer, its parameters and selection of materialsare calculated in detail, and then the first, secondary inductance, leakage inductanceand the insulation resistance measurement was carried out, and the whole for highvoltage testing. Control circuit using T5402chip to complete, ensure the constantcurrent output and good power factor correction, and the protective circuit is moreperfect.Finally,it discussed the driveing power supply board wiring in detail, andtested the power performance and the main components.This paper completed a LED driver power supply design, its performance andfunction test results shows that is a high efficiency, long life, high reliability, use offewer components, the real energy-saving and environmental protection drive power.
