Intelligentization of large-scale office building is the research emphasis inintelligent architecture nowadays. In2007, the “Requirement of Real-timeMonitoring platform for Energy Consumption of Government Office Buildingand large-scale Public Building” has been issued by China Ministry ofConstruction and China Ministry of Finance. It is required that the energyconsumption status and the energy consumption tendency of governmentoffice and large-scale public buildings should be known well first byintelligent means, and thereafter promote the operation mode of energy savingand energy conservation reform.Advanced Strategic study of intelligentization has great significance intechnology adopting, product positioning, product constructing and operationcost controlling of intelligent construction. Firstly, it could be used to guidethe preliminary design and construction design and other aspects through userneeds analysis and tech-economic quantified comparison before thesystematic engineering design. Secondly, the technology development andcost composition and the general trends and patterns of their proportion couldbe mastered by tech-economic analysis of the intelligent building system,making the construction and operation of the intelligent building moresustainable. Thirdly, such characteristics of the interdisciplinary intelligentarchitecture as integration, technicality could make it a versatile technicalsupport means throughout the study of different levels of the constructionstrategy.Referring to national “Design Standard of Intelligent Architecture”, theintelligent strategy study can be divided into Intelligent IntegrationSystem(IIS), Information Technology System Infrastructure(ITSI),Information Technology Application System(ITAS), Building ManagementSystem(BMS), Public Security System(PSS) and Engineering of Electronic Equipment Plant (EEEP). This paper is a case study based on the designproject of a super high-rise intelligent building in Shenzhen, whichcomprehensively analyzed the building-equipments management system,intelligent lighting control system, integrated wiring system, public safetysystem, background-music and public broadcast system, information systemand the design of the integration of intelligent systems. Starting from needsanalysis, this paper mainly used tech-economic analysis and energy savinganalysis in system designs. Different solutions of a system are collated andanalyzed according to different use requirements, making it more convenientfor the intelligentization designer’s reference. It also provides a reference forthe intelligent design range, location, construction standards and producttechnological options of government office and large-scale public buildings.Meanwhile there is a significant reference for the project implementers andmanagers to promote and enhance the intelligent level of the construction.
