With productmanagement, technological progress and improve the internationalcompetitiveness of the need, along with our country "commercial vehicle caboccupant protection" national standards promulgated for implementation of,the commercial vehicle crashworthiness cab to the performance analysisresearch, cab occupant safety protection and for the sustainable developmentof the enterprise itself to have the important meaning.In this paper a certain type of commercial vehicle for cab object,according to commercial vehicle CAD model and combining with commercialvehicle collision of the deformation of the body characteristic, establishes thecommercial vehicle crashworthiness finite element model performance;According to the national promulgated for implementation of the commercialvehicle cab occupant protection "national standards for commercial vehiclecab occupant protection requirements and testing methods, applied to the accurate load conditions, submit LS-DYNA solver for the analysis.
