Engineering objects deformation monitoring is a matter of deformation body and the key measures for safety operation. The main task of deformation monitoring is to obtain deformation information through measurement, then make predictions about the deformable body s security through analysis and processing of the information.With the rapid development of economic construction, a variety of buildings mushrooming, and the design of the building is more and more complex. As a objective existence of objects, building also occur settlement, displacement, deflection, tilt, cracks and other deformation phenomena as time goes by. Therefore, in order to ensure the operational phase in the building construction process and after the delivery of security, it is necessary to carry on the monitoring, master health status in buildings through data processing analysis.Subsidence monitoring of building deformation is an effective form by the periodic observed settlement data processing and analysis, so as to grasp the building settlement rule, judging building health status and safety decision basis. The settlement observation is a kind of periodic, repetitive measurement work, accumulated a mass of data need to be integrated processing and analysis, the traditional data processing methods and processing platform can not adapt to the massive data processing capabilities and requirements, which requires the development of a data processing system of the modern computer technology can be combined to achieve massive data processing and analysis, which requires to develop a combination of modern computer technology in the data processing system to realize data processing and analysis.In this paper, combined with the actual engineering cases and take DELPHI as the development platform, designed and implemented the data processing system of subsidence monitoring. The system includes project management, data processing, analysis forecasts and graphics output, greatly improving the work efficiency, has higher practical value. Wherein, the data processing function of adjustment calculation and the trend analysis with non equidistance grey theory model for settlement prediction of the system is the largest different from other similar system, and by project example the application of the test, verified the reliability of the system.
