| In China, the industrial enterprises in the energy consumption accounted for70%of thetotal social energy consumption, reduce this part of the energy consumption is an importantway to achieve emission reduction targets.The lithium bromide absorption water chiller(heater) driven by waste heat cloud which can recycle waste heat smoke discharge fromindustrial enterprise will get more and more attention and research.However, as the different application conditions,such as flue gas condition, cold andheat sources demand and outdoor climate condition, it is very necessary to design andsimulate of the units in those specific application conditions. In This paper, the authorsolved the above problems by using the computer simulation method and developed asimulation software based on Visual programming language (Visual Basic). The softwaremainly contains four modules: thermal physical parameters of working medium; design ofthe refrigeration system of the unit; design and simulation of the heat-exchange facility inhigh pressure generator driven by waste smoke; simulation of the unit in varying duty.This program can be effective on design and simulate of the units in specificapplication conditions. So it provided a convenient and fast solution for engineering designand also accelerates the unit popularizing for the future. |
