Lithium bromide-water refrigerator driven by waste heat of flue gas transfers waste heat from flue gas to high-pressure lithium bromide-water by high efficient generator. At present, prototype has been in test use.The mature software has not existed for the complicated system design. Manual computation doesn't consume much time but also need too high cost of experiment. In the meanwhile, the performances of system in varying duty are not known. The main work of this paper is compiling the computer aided design and simulation software of this kind of model. The software includes six modules: thermo physical property of working medium, design of lithium bromide-water generator driven by waste heat, system design of single or double lithium bromide-water refrigerators, performance simulation of single or double lithium bromide-water refrigerator in varying duty, thermodynamic parameters of each state, thermodynamics analyses. The software makes the design more convenient and correct. It can be used to compare the design of multi-parameter and select deferent design methods according to different needs. Also, it lays a foundation for dynamic simulation of system.By this study, the whole system design and simulation software has been constructed. Comparison between simulation result and experiment data shows excellent agreement. This software satisfies effectively the requirement of project. This makes performance prediction of the refrigerator more convenient in different working conditions and accelerates the products popularizing for the future. |
