Along with the speediness development of economy and sociality, air conditioningenergy consumption of office buildings is also increasing, and the office buildingair-conditioning energy consumption per unit area of a difference of2to3times. This showsthat the air conditioning system energy consumption of office buildings there is a big energysaving space. At the same time, In order to save energy resources, accelerate the constructionof a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, avoid resources and cost of wastecaused by the second design, construction of public building commissioning, necessary foranalysis and demonstration of energy-saving technology measures in the primary stage of theair conditioning system design, under the premise of the energy-efficient to minimize theinitial investment and operation and management costs of the equipment.In this paper, the simplified calculation of the energy optimization of the chiller system(include: Refrigeration units, Chilled water pump, Cooling water pump and Cooling tower)and the exhaust heat recovery based on an office building in Guangzhou of air conditioningsystem design, obtained using the corresponding energy-saving measures economic benefits,and provide a reference to determine the air conditioning system and equipment selection.The exhaust heat recovery not only can be recycled indoor cooling capacity, but also canreduce the installed capacity of the chiller by reduce the cooling load of the new air. Thisproject due to the exhaust heat recovery technology allows the chillers installed capacityreduced from9130kW to8469kW, initial investment is also reduced by3.42%. Program ofchiller systems (Number, Size), chilled water variable frequency flow regulation and coolingwater variable flow regulator technology were calculated and analyzed based on the datacome from dynamic load calculation used on DeST-C software, the calculations show that thechiller system option two less than option one the annual energy consumption of118,000kWh, energy-saving rate of3.61%; Chilled water system using a variable frequency flowregulator less than the fixed-frequency flow regulation technology annual operating energyconsumption of114,000kWh, energy saving rate of33.5%, increase investment in equipmentrecycling useful life of less than2years; The cooling water system inverter flow conditioningtechnology than the fixed frequency flow regulator, cooling water pumps and refrigerationannual energy consumption of an increase of110,000kWh, the reason is due to the cooling water pump variable flow regulator of energy savings is less than a refrigerationunit variable flow operation the increase in energy consumption.This calculation is based on the example project, and hope the methods and calculationsused in this article can provide the participants the value of a similar office building airconditioning system optimization design.
