Energy is an essential element of human survival, one of the important strategicresource for the development of national economy and social stability. Must be fastand stable development of the economy to normal security of energy supply as a basis.With the hotel building boom in recent years, growing energy consumption in hotelbuildings, and to a certain extent, causing the waste, it not only caused great pressuressuch as energy, environmental protection, and also to the hotel operator to a certaindegree of economic impact of buildings. Hotel building in China, based on therational use of energy and the effective energy-saving measures is very urgent andnecessary. Encouraged by the positive energy and environmental policy, applicationand development of various energy-saving technologies are better. At present, thechiller condenser heat recovery and heat pump technology is a new hot topic of hotelbuildings.First of all, this article is specific to southern China Hotel building actual surveyof air conditioning load and load with hot water, analysis of condensing heat recoverypotential. And then we have two hot water system of heating energy efficiency ratio ofcomparative analysis, select a more suitable for hotel water systems in South China.According to capacity of hot water systems under different conditions on heatrecovery chillers and thermal storage water tank and air-source heat pump runs andpresents analysis and calculation of optimal allocation of capacity. Effect evaluationand analysis of the operation of the actual project, energy efficiency analysis andeconomic analysis.
