Turbocharger unit is one of the important parts of supercharged boiler, its performancewill directly affect the merits of the overall performance of supercharged boiler, therefore,studing on operation rule of the turbocharged unit is significant for supercharged boiler.This paper had established a mathematical model of turbo unit; analysised thoroughly onthe own matching of the turbo unit and the matching with the boiler; provided thecorresponding matching calculation method. Moreover, this paper presented an improved BPneural network which used to calculate the compressor characteristics, described the theoryand calculation methods of the neural network in detail and made a comparison with both ofthe sample interpolation and extrapolation of the BP neural network. It is provided that theimproved BP neural network had a lot of advantages.Based on the above analysis, first of all, use the Matlab/Simulink software to establish aturbocharged unit steady-state simulation model with modular method, analysised variationof some key parameters of the turbo unit in different steady-state conditions, and consideredthe impact of the turbo unit as well as the overall supercharged boiler when changed theboundary conditions such as air temperature, intake and exhaust pressure loss and the excessair coefficient.Secondly, seted up a transient simulation model based on steady-state model of turbo unit,took the volumetric inertia of the system and moment of inertia into account, and addedcalculation module to the overall model, performed the transient simulation analysis thesupercharged boiler acceleration process from the low condition30%to high condition100%.Further more,set reasonable initial values according to the change of the boundary conditions,the initial value can refer to the detailed data of parameters which is in the steady-stateconditions, the transient response curve of turbocharged unit had been given and analysisedthe trends.In this paper, through simulating and analysising the turbo unit of steady-state andtransient-state, study the variation of main parameters in different conditions, it providedvaluable information for the matching both turbocharged unit itself and overall boiler.
