Missile technical position is crucial for missile amendments and launch preparation. It also animportant part in the missile ground support system. At present, our missile technical position system isstill undeveloped, and only at some stages it can be realized automation under computer control (usemissile automotive text equipment do texts). In the whole preparation course, lacking of technicalmethods for collecting and managing information, the commander in the position can not know thecircumstance exactly and timely, so they can not make strategic decision and give orders in time. Thelow work efficiency limits the development of the missile ground support system.In technical positions in the C3I system design process mainly carried out at work:1．on the C3I system forces the actual use of the demand for research, the overall project needsanalysis, the system hardware requirements and software requirements;2．the design scheme of the system, the hardware scheme of C3I system design of data bus and theaudio and video bus coexistence of the dual bus architecture; software scheme of software is divided into8modules, respectively is the user security maintenance module, information maintenance module,input module, test results of technical preparation process monitoring module, history managementmodule, fault diagnosis module, data processing module and database operation module;3．design of the system hardware, the hardware product selection, the selection of system hardwareto unify the requirements identified, defined system of hybrid network topology, network server backupscheme, and RS232serial port to the network interface conversion method;4．the development of system software, the software development was carried out before thesystem database design, through the research of the system entity relationship diagrams, entityrelationship diagram and according to the design of the data in the database table, according to thesoftware scheme presented in the module developed corresponding software;Technical positions C3I system in2011August in the space of hospitals to complete the design,production and commissioning work, completed by the end of2011in a military installation andcommissioning work, the system is currently in the trial operation stage.
