Turbocharged unit and turbine blower are two important air transport equipment. Asengine room space is limited, the size, weight, and efficiency have become key indicators ofquality measurement. The air supplied by turbocharged unit has higher temperature anddensity then that of turbine blower, which greatly strengthening the combustion process,improving the volumetric heat load and heat exchange intensity at the same time, thatmakes more fuel can burring in a smaller furnace. Generally, the weight and volume of theboiler which installed with turbocharged unit will be reduced by50%, and the efficiencywill be reduced by more than8%at total working conditions. Thus, the replacements ofturbine blower with turbocharged unit both improving the economy and mobility, greatlyenhance the vitality of the ship.The power of turbine blower is monotonically increasing function of the load, whilethe power of turbocharged unit and the load is a complex non-linear relationship, so thematching relationship between the turbocharged unit and the boiler is not only important butalso difficult to deal with, the key point of matching is power balance of each devices. Themain problem of match is power balance between the devices, the effectiveness willdecrease when power surplus, while the whole system will not accomplish full load whenpower deficiency. In this paper, the media’s status and resistance loss in various parts of thesystem were point out after analyzing the thermodynamic cycle On this basis, comparativeanalysis of three typical power balance situations, compared with their respectivecharacteristics, this lay the foundation for the system simulation modeling.Based on GSE simulation system platform, established supercharged boilerinstallations model both by self-coding and existing model from JTopmeret,obtain nodepressure and branch flow of the flow net at the same time with the matrix solution method,which could manifest the pressure transmission characteristics of two-way synchronizationmore realistic, that improve the accuracy and stability of the simulation system whiledynamically calculating.The simulation results show that the system model has a high degree of accuracy, canreasonably and accurately reflect the dynamic characteristic of the unit’s upload anddownload. Subsequently, analysis the influence on the co-operating line of compressor and the unit’s power balance by changing of the air temperature; analysis the influence on theunit’ s power balance by changing of the resistance characteristics of the intake and exhaustpipe; analysis dynamic response characteristics of the unit by making continuous largedisturbance at running process.
