Instead of noticing water demand maintainingecological balance system, humans pay main attention in social and economic progress,resulting in water deficiency, environmental destruction and ecological unbalance. Therefore,for the sustainable development of water resources and ecological balance, how to ensuresufficient water demand during development process appears highlight particularly.This paper summarizes related research at home and abroad, aiming to analyzeinfluencing factors of ecological system during construction and operation of hydropowerstation, research the composition, basic principle, calculation method and theory of thedemanded ecological river water, And carry out the calculation of ecological environmentalwater at Ertan river downstream, combined with the development of Ertan hydropowerstation. Based on the field survey and data access of social and natural environment, thispaper analyzes the influence of ecological environment by Ertan hydropower station duringconstruction and operation period, then discusses the impact on the water of river ecologicalenvironment, Chooses and determines the corresponding calculation method through theanalysis and calculation,obtains the minimum rivers flow maintaining the ecologicalbalance of decrease water though analysis and calculation.Downstream river estuary at Ertan built is about33km long, into which Anning Riverimports at the place of13km. The downstream dam water pumping station are located underinto Anning river mouth, Anning River can be used all the time during the flow. In addition,during the flow, Jinshajiang river flows backward Yalongjiang stream near the estuary.Therefore, the research of ecological water requirement for the downstream of Ertan river isfrom Ertan dam to the13km stream at Anning river mouth. Then make calculation andresearch on water demand of pollutants dilution and self-purification, sediment and saltdischarge, landscape and entertainment, industrial production, agricultural irrigation, humanand animal life, plant maintenance, groundwater recharge, Interval of convergence and Waterevaporation. We obtain the conclusion through calculation that the Minimum ecological waterdemand letdown by Ertan dam is90m3/s. |
