| In recent years, with the development of the building reinforcement industry,the concretebeam clad steel reinforcement technology develop quickly for its convenient construction, thelowly cost and mature theoretical study. For this reasons,in the engineering field it has been morewidely used. But there are a series of problem in the concrete beam clad steel reinforce-ment.such as colloid aging, tensile steel plate fixed.In general reinforcing concrete beams withsteel, vertical straight hoop board is more used. This paper, by using ABAQUS nonlinear finiteelement analysis software,changing the steel hoop board angle, provide favorable secondary se-curity of the reinforcement plate of anchorage and colloid failure.through use inclined stirrupsboard to provide the pull force. In this paper, the existing concrete structure reinforcement tech-nique for protection, using reinforced concrete structure design principle, the nonlinear finiteelement theory, theory and research method, do the following research work:(1) Built steel board and concrete beams finite element models by using ABAQUS nonlin-ear finite element analysis software, on the general cases of the hoop board is vertical straight,assuming that steel board and concrete beams have colloid connection and the colloid connectionworking or failure. Simulate and analysis the force performance;(2) Using nonlinear finite element analysis, on the cases of the hoop board is inclined,, as-suming that the steel board and concrete beams have colloid connection and the colloid connec-tion working or failure,simulate and analysis the force performance;(3) In the two kinds of contact above,comparare and analysis the stress performance of thereinforced concrete beam with straight hoop boards and inclined hoop boards.(4) According to the theory deduced that inclined hoop board under different dosage ofstress steel board have a best value. Through the nonlinear finite element analysis software,change the angle of the hoop board and the ratio of inclined hoop board and stress steelcross-sectional area, get the optimal value of the steel under different angles in the reinforcedconcrete beam reinforced by steel board.Research shows that:(1)In the failure case of the connection between the steel board andconcrete beams, inclined hoop board can play the second anchorage guarantee measures;(2) dif-ferent angles of the hoop board, anchoring function to the Bearing steel board were different.(3) inthe case of the connection between the steel board and concrete beams is failure, friction coeffi-cient change had no significant effect to carrying capacity.(4) the ratio of the cross-sectional areaof hoop board and the reinforced steel board have a best value. |
