| Along with our country's modern economic developping,the request to the project quality is getting higher and higher. Because of the material getting older, the environment's corrode,the changing of structure's function, construction quality inferior and natural disaster, massive structure facility need to be repaired and reinforced. Fibre Reinforcement Polymer(FRP) is a new material in the construction structure strengthening works domain at present.It has inoxidizability and machinability which the steel are unable to compare. We can study the component and the structure stress performance, the failure mechanism and the computational method through the experiment.This method is the traditional structural research method.It has objectively, scientific, direct-viewing and so on characteristics, but the massive experiments will consume the massive funds, the manpower and the time, the number of test sample, the parameter variation are always restricted. This exactly contradict to the probability limit method which establish theory in mass data statistical analysis foundation. Using the finite element method through computer to simulat test can not only save the massive funds, the manpower and the time, but can also avoid the artificial subjective factor.This article establishes non-linear finite element model for the FRP to reinforce the reinforced concrete beam and use this model to simulate experimental beam. The computed result is similar to the test result. It explained that the finite element computation model this article established was reliable.The model can well simulate the textile fiber cloth reinforced the reinforced concrete beam's stress performance and provided the powerful support for the test result simultaneously.Using the reinforced concrete beam non-linear finite element model,this article studies influence of many parameters,which include the textile fiber cloth layer, the ratio of reinforcement, the textile fiber cloth tensile strength, textile fiber parameters, cloth elasticity coefficient, pre-load degree and so on.Then this artical proposes various parameters reinforce the reinforced concrete beam supporting capacity to the textile fiber cloth the influence.Founded by the reinforced concrete beam finite element model reliable,this artical has further established the reinforced concrete bidirectional board finite element model, this article studies influence of many parameters,which include banding width, reinforcement layer, ratio of reinforcement, glue way using the model and so on.Then this artical proposes various parameters reinforced the reinforced concrete bidirectional board reinforcement effect to the textile fiber cloth the influence.It has many significance when the actual strengthening works referred. |
