Research On The Value Evaluation System Of Building Water Enviroment

As an important environmental factor, water is being increasingly used in theconstruction of water landscape, which also brings many problems as well: shortageof characterastics in water body, great waste of water resources, environmentdamage caused by improper water protection. With the advent of the environmentalera, the economic-interest-centered value has been gradually replaced by theco-existence value of the living creature.The evaluation system of the value of water environment include evaluationindicators and index weights,In this paper,by the analysis of the water environmentcharacteristics,understanding the physical mechanism of the value of the waterenvironment in depth. However,what kind of building water environment is notonly suitable for our people’s daily lives, but also accordant with the ecologicaldesign, on which people hasn`t got a systemic understanding or knowledge.Therefore, the research on the value evaluation system of building waterenvironment is significant for the rational design of water landscape and creating aliving environment for sustainable development. According to the features of thewater environment and the requirements of pleasure, ecology and public interest,this article has built a value-indicator-system of building water environment whichconsists of3first-level indicators and13second-level indicators by analyzing theecological, social, and cultural value.This system, which is oriented by ecology andsustainable development, embarks from determining the attribute weights by theuse of Uncertain Type Analysis of Hierarchy Process(UGAHP), and then analyzesthese indicators on the basis of the weights.The cores of that are:by constructinginterval judgment matrix to fully reflect individual preferences,the other is basedon the similarity and difference degree of group views to measure the weight ofexperts in order to better resolve the uncertainty and ambiguity of the judgment andbuild up of individual opinions.
