Bridges are not only important infrastructures of economic and social development, but also are the lifeblood of economic operation. With the progress of technology and the improvement of people's material and cultural needs, higher construction requirements of bridges are needed. Not only the safe, rapid, economical, convenient, comfortable are needed, but also the spirit of beauty are required to people, so the landscape research of bridges has become increasingly urgent.At present, the engineering designs are focused on and the bridge landscape requirements are ignored, which leads to bridge landscape rather monotonous and lack of geographical features, and even some of the bridges have played a destructive effect on natural landscape. In this thesis, on the basis of the latest research results at home and abroad, practical evaluation criteria and principles has been raised. Besides, according to the selection of bridge landscape evaluation indicators such as aesthetic, function, environment, and the basic theory of landscape ternary theory, the bridge landscape index system is build to improve the exist landscape evaluation method. At last, uncertain AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and landscape bridges evaluation system software have been developed. The major points are as follows:1. Three errors in the construction of current landscape of the bridges are given and the problems in landscape design and evaluation of the bridges are proposed. On this basis, the landscape of the bridge on visual is analyzed in detail. Based on the landscape ternary theory, the evaluation of the landscape of the bridges is discussed.2. With the existing deterministic judgment matrix, the type of uncertainty judgment matrix is introduced in this thesis, which introduced the method how to solve the weight in uncertain type of AHP condition, taking into account the evaluation of the ambiguity and uncertainty. Besides, in comprehensive evaluation, group judgment is also introduced so as to determine the evaluation level of experts combined with evaluation credibility. What's more, set-valued statistical principle and gravity decision theory are used to solve practical application problems of the interval comparison matrix. Meanwhile, the variable weight principle and its application in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are discussed. 3. Based on landscape ternary theory, from lots of influence factors such as aesthetic, function, and environment, landscape assessment indicators are improved and integrated. At last, bridge landscape evaluation index system is established.4.Several different fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models are discussed. Taking Qingxihu Bridge in the highway from Conghua to Dongguan as an example, the proposed bridge landscape evaluation method and the specific process of evaluation are described in detail and the results are presented in engineering practice.5.With Microsoft Visual C++6.0 as development platform, object-oriented method to analyze the bridge landscape evaluation system software requirements and functional requirements, the preparation of the development of bridge landscape evaluation system software, combined with the preparation of detailed description of the software process of using the software And steps, while on the bridge landscape assessment system software operating environment and maintain an overview, describes the feasibility and evaluation of the software system software convenience and quickness.
