Boat-handling gear is an important part of life-saving equipment. It is very important tostudy the structural strength of the davit pole. Improve the flexibility and structural strengthof a small davit pole used in river can greatly enhance the safety of the ship, it also canmostly reduce the risk of accidents.In this thesis,250kg-lifting-rotary davit pole is studied, and the structure of the davitpole has been studied. The force, structural strength and stress distribution of the davit poleunder different work conditions have been analyzed.The structural strength of the davit pole installed on boat davit that can rotate aroundthe radial direction is studied, and it is always to consider two states: the first state is thatuse to sling boat, the second state is that the boat is slinked out of side of boat, Boat ishanged on the tackle block under the effect of friction between boat fall and boat. Analyzeand compare mechanical properties as the cross-section shape of davit pole is circular,tropical and I-shaped. Considering that the ship swaying and boat swing impact Influenceon boat davit, calculate the stress stem crane boat, and compare with boat davit stressanalysis method in the specification. The ANSYS analysis modal is built; dangerous crosssection stress and the stress distribution state of the whole are calculation. And the boatdavit optimizationThe result get from structural strength and stress analysis of davit pole showed that: thedavit pole that its cross-section is I-shaped has large bending modulus has excellentmechanical properties, its structural is stable under stress and its manufacturing process issimple. The boat rocked on the sling tension effects is very small, so influence on the boatdavit stress can be ignored. From the stress nephogram, stress distribution is similar and itmainly concentrated in certain range region from the bottom section of the arc over thecertain longitudinal region. On the dangerous section analysis shows, ANSYS calculationresults is smaller than theoretical calculated, ANSYS is more accurate, and the theoreticalcalculation is conservative. |
