| Active vibration control technology is an effective way to inhibit structural vibration,controller is an very important part of the active vibration control system, In the process ofactive vibration control, the effect depends largely on the control signal given by thecontroller.In this paper,characteristics of embedded control system,advantages of DSP and FPGAin data processing are analyzed,and the concrete hardware scheme is given.the controller hasbeen designed based on DSP and FPGA.The central processor is TMS320C6747,which is akind of High-performance DSP chip produced by TI company, The co-processor isEP2C5T144C8who is a Field Programmable Gate Array chip from Altera.In the hardwaredesign, the controller could connect all kind of ICs because of its rich on-chipperipherals.hardware circuits include A/D converter circuitã€DA converter circuitã€FPGAcircuit and voltage regulator circuit.This paper describes how the controller works,and theproduction of PCB board are described.FPGA is important for the external communication and the data acquisition of thesystem,so this article discusses detailedly how to make use of Verilog HDL language toachieve the data acquisition,data communication and timing control.Under the Quartusâ…¡environment,synthesis and test are finished.Based on the hardware and FPGA design, we could do some research on the activevibration control LMS algorithm, the algorithm is applied to the active vibration controllerdesigned in this paper.we could test and verify the feasibility of the controller under CodeComposer Studio by compiling the software.The controller is excellent in two aspects:first one is high-speed and real-time becauseof the devices,the programme can running in DSP and FPGA.The other one is low-powerand better cost-effective.... |
