Bidding A Research Under The Valuation Mode Of BOQ

Since the bidding system was widely applied in our country severalyears ago, the method of bidding purchase has been gradually accepted bythe people in different layers of the society. In the recently years, in order tomeet the requirements of the socialist market economy and to promote theorderly development of competition and healthy development of enterprise,architecture industry officially carried out the valuation mode of BOQ,which reforms the original pattern of quota. BOQ is one kind of valuationpattern that is carried out generally in the market economical countries.On the foundation of absorbing the domestic and foreign researchachievements, this paper systematically studies the theory and the practiceof bidding in the domestic construction market. Especially, the enterprisequota of question hold the balance，carry on detailed analysis research, inorder to bid to compete to do foundation. In the meantime, the certaindegree up resolved the problems caused by the uncertainty of thecomprehensive evaluation of the bill of quantity pricing system which isinvolved in many factors. This text works out this indetermination problem.The mathematical comprehensive evaluation model has been adopted inthis thesis by using the AHP(analytic hierarchy process),which is applied toevaluate effectively whether the bidding price is lower than the normal costprice in a company logistics house quantity bill. The model is decision-making for tendering one to select outstanding enterprise withreasonable low prices.
