As mankind enters the21st century, faced with scarcity of oil resource and serious environmental pollution problems, the electric vehicle as opposed to traditional gasoline-fueled vehicles, environmental protection, energy saving, more advantages, have become the automotive industry research and development.Charging device for electric vehicles to provide effective energy supply is an important component of electric vehicles, the rapid development of electric vehicles has played a catalytic role. Currently, the charging device can be divided into non-car charger and car charger. In this issue, the use of car charging device for electric vehicle charging, therefore, to design a high reliability, good stability, low loss and high-security car charger management system is particularly important.This paper first identified as a rechargeable battery electric vehicle lithium iron phosphate battery, lithium iron phosphate according to the working principle and characteristics, determine the battery’s charging. Again raised the car charging device and controller design plan, produced by TI’s core TMS320LF2407chip devices for the control of the digital car charger management system, given the system’s main circuit, controller, software design.In this paper, the proposed main circuit topology to realize the PWM control method, the effective charge management system to improve the reliability and efficiency. Design a charge management system control unit control circuit and system control algorithm to improve the voltage and current control accuracy and response characteristics. Using CAN bus and RS-232double-decker bus communication network, to achieve the charging process of the distributed control, on the charge of the operation more flexible and reliable. By providing the ability to communicate with the BMS interface and algorithm management system is capable of charging the battery charging status changes, to achieve intelligent charging.
