| With increasing of the problem of environment and energy sources, Because of the advantage of low emission and low noise, Hybrid electric vehicles(HEV) gets extensive attention In recent years in mang countries.The battery management system play an important role in the develement of electric vehicles technology. It is the key technology which strengthen the commercial and practical of electric vehicles . This paper applay itself to the research of the Battery management system (BMS) of Hybrid electric vehicles and deeply introduce the thoughts about the system desige and it's relized-method, at the same time, this paper Put forward the different kinds of state-of-charge(SOC) measuring methods.Having analyzed the electronic mechanism of the MH/NI batteries during charge and discharge, compared the advantages of MH/NI batteries with other kinds of batteries, the result is MH/NI batteries is the promising power battery for HEV due to its advantages such as high power lever and long life.Principle of the reaction of the MH/NI battery, the characteristics and existed problems of different kinds of state-of-charge(SOC) measuring methods are compared. HEV. Since the actual state-of-charge(SOC) of MH/NI battery is influenced by many factors, such as temperature, cycle of discharge and aging of battery, it is difficult to obtain ideal results by traditional methods,then put forward the way to estimate state-of-charge(SOC) of the batteries in this research. We used TMS320LF2407 as the microcontroller, using the sensor to collecthe data of voltages , temperature and current of batteries, transcend them on CAN field bus, through the CAN net constructed the whole batterymanagement system, and give the design of the relevant hardware and software.The Battery management system (BMS) which this paper has introduced is reliable and economical.The estimation method of the state-of-charge(SOC) is authentic. |
